Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Pulse GTM, operated by Pulse Group Pty Ltd (ABN 50 096 965 123) trading as Pulse Recruitment (“Pulse Recruitment”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using Pulse GTM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Pulse GTM.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering, and to keep it up to date.
Candidate Accounts
As a candidate, you may create a profile, upload a resume, and apply for job listings advertised on Pulse GTM. By submitting an application, you consent to your application details, including your resume and any messages, being shared with the relevant employer.
Pulse GTM’s AI Hiring Assistant may be used to help assess submitted applications. Every application is reviewed by a human recruiter or the relevant employer before any outcome is communicated to you. See our Privacy Policy for further detail on how this works.
Employer Accounts and Job Listings
As an employer, you may create a company profile and post job listings on Pulse GTM, subject to the package you have selected:
Free package: up to 5 active job listings at any one time
Featured package: unlimited active job listings, at the price displayed at time of purchase (in AUD)
Premium package: unlimited active job listings, at the price displayed at time of purchase (in AUD)
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any job listing you post. Job listings must not contain false, misleading, or discriminatory content, and must comply with applicable Australian employment and anti-discrimination law.
We reserve the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove any job listing or company profile, at our discretion, without prior notice, including where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms.
Payment and Packages
Paid packages are processed through our third-party payment provider. All prices displayed on Pulse GTM are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Messaging
Pulse GTM includes a messaging feature to allow candidates and employers to communicate directly. You agree to use this feature respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or remove access to messaging where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Pulse GTM, including job listings, resumes, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant Pulse Recruitment a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating Pulse GTM.
Acceptable Use
You must not use Pulse GTM to:
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or discriminatory content
- Harass, threaten, or abuse another user
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user’s account or to Pulse GTM’s systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from Pulse GTM without our consent
- Use Pulse GTM for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
The Pulse GTM name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of Pulse Recruitment and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of Pulse GTM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Your order will be processed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
