Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Featured and Premium job listing packages purchased on Pulse GTM, operated by Pulse Group Pty Ltd (ABN 50 096 965 123) trading as Pulse Recruitment.
Approved and Live Listings
Once a paid job listing has been reviewed, approved, and published live on Pulse GTM, it is non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including if you choose to remove the listing early or if the role is filled before the listing period ends.
Rejected Listings
If a job listing you have purchased is not approved (for example, because it does not meet our content guidelines), you have not received the paid service. In this case, you may choose to:

Resubmit the listing with the required changes at no additional cost, or

Request a full refund
Listings Removed for Breach of Terms
If we remove a listing because it breaches our Terms and Conditions, no refund or compensation will be provided.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, contact us at admin@pulsegtm.com.au with your order details.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
