AI Sales Hunter | Microsoft Ecosystem | Full Training | Up to $150k + Super Base Salary

Are you a confident B2B salesperson looking to break into technology and sell one of the most exciting areas of the market – AI?

This is an opportunity to join a growing technology business and build a career selling Microsoft Copilot, AI adoption and workplace technology solutions to businesses across Sydney.

What matters most is your sales ability, commercial mindset, confidence speaking with customers and hunger to win. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop your technology knowledge and become confident selling the solutions.

A major advantage of the role is the strength of the Microsoft and channel ecosystem around you. You won’t be expected to generate every opportunity from scratch. Relationships with Microsoft account teams, technology vendors and channel partners provide a valuable source of leads and referrals, allowing you to focus on developing those opportunities, building customer relationships and closing business.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business development across Sydney and NSW.
• Build and manage your own customer portfolio and sales pipeline.
• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, trade shows, inbound enquiries and partner referrals.
• Develop relationships with Microsoft account teams and technology partners.
• Leverage the Cloud Collective to uncover referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Meet with customers to understand their business objectives and technology requirements.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Architects to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
• Lead customer presentations, demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
• Stay engaged post-sale to identify account growth and managed service opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Training and Service Delivery teams.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and major technology trade shows.

You’ll represent a broad portfolio of technology solutions, including:

• Microsoft Teams Rooms and Video Conferencing
• Audio-Visual and Meeting-Room Solutions
• Microsoft Teams Voice and Telephony
• Managed Services and Ongoing Support
• Microsoft Copilot and AI Adoption
• Training and Change Management
• Workplace Collaboration Technology

Deal sizes range from approximately $20k-$30k for smaller meeting-room projects through to $500k-$1M+ for larger multi-room fit-outs.

Teams’ Voice engagements can be around $5k, while AI and Copilot adoption programs can range from $20k-$100k.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a genuine hunter who is motivated by creating opportunities, winning new business and building a strong customer portfolio.

• Experience in Telecommunications, MSP, AV, or Video Conferencing is a mandatory requirement.
• Proven B2B Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience.
• A track record of generating new business.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven, resilient and competitive.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
• Curious about technology and willing to learn.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
